 The focus of this technique is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. It is especially therapeutic and focuses on decreasing muscle toxins, increasing oxygen levels in the blood, and improving flexibility in the body. Your muscles will be massaged through long strokes and circular movements.  

Reaching deeper layers of muscle, a deep tissue massage is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This type of massage is especially beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension through slow and firm strokes. A main reason for opting for a deep tissue massage is pain relief. 

This technique utilizes a lighter touch, while still working deep into the muscles. It is beneficial for healing tender, damaged tissue. Using energy that is positively infused by a licensed Reiki Practitioner in order to relieve stress and enhance mood. The Reiki technique is designed to help aid your body's natural healing processes. The goal is also to increase emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

We are also happy to accommodate expecting mothers! A prenatal massage is an excellent gift to yourself or your the mommy-to-be in your life. We have luxurious pillows designed to keep mother and baby comfortable. In order to be eligible for a prenatal massage, clients must be past the first trimester.

Deep lymphatic drainage detoxifies the body. I use long, deep strokes towards the main lymph nodes to remove toxins that have settled in your nodes and flushes them out. This work is not suited for pre or post plastic surgery but I can refer you to a practitioner who is an expert in this area. 

This is probably my favorite modality and I integrate it into all my massages. It takes damaged tissue and follows trails to deposit it and heal the area. it is sort of a drag and release technique
